1.Rioters smash windows following Supreme Court abortion case: ‘Death to SCOTUS’
Fox News – A large group of rioters was seen in downtown Portland, Oregon smashing windows and vandalizing several buildings Saturday night. The group also graffitied several messages targeting the U.S. Supreme Court.
The group, made of about 100 people, were yelling and chanting as they marched down the streets when they would periodically stop to destroy and graffiti objects.
“Death to SCOTUS,” one black spray-painted message said.
DML: The protests, riots, violence and threats are coast to coast. Where is the FBI, where is AG Garland? Where are the prosecutors who all cracked down on the Jan 6 rioters? The baby murdering leftist thugs who are destroying property, threatening lawmakers and judges, holding towns hostage, and causing millions in damages should be locked away without a key. 2.Pfizer says tweaked COVID-19 shots boost omicron protection
AP – Pfizer announced Saturday that tweaking its COVID-19 vaccine to better target the omicron variant is safe and works — just days before regulators debate whether to offer Americans updated booster shots this fall.
The vaccines currently used in the U.S. still offer strong protection against severe COVID-19 disease and death — especially if people have gotten a booster dose. But those vaccines target the original coronavirus strain and their effectiveness against any infection dropped markedly when the super-contagious omicron mutant emerged.
Now with omicron’s even more transmissible relatives spreading widely, the Food and Drug Administration is considering ordering a recipe change for the vaccines made by both Pfizer and rival Moderna in hopes that modified boosters could better protect against another COVID-19 surge expected this fall and winter.
Pfizer and its partner BioNTech studied two different ways of updating their shots — targeting just omicron, or a combination booster that adds omicron protection to the original vaccine. They also tested whether to keep today’s standard dosage — 30 micrograms — or to double the shots’ strength.

He gets the vaccine, he wears the mask. And he just spent a week in the hospital with Covid. Claims the doctors said he was minutes from dying when his heart rate fell to 30 beats per minute. 3.Russian missiles shake Kyiv as world leaders gather in Europe
(Reuters) – Russian missiles struck the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on Sunday, a day after a key eastern city fell to pro-Russian forces in a major set-back for Ukraine and as world leaders gathered in Europe to discuss further sanctions against Moscow.
Up to four explosions rang out in central Kyiv in the early hours, in the first such attack on the city in weeks. Two more blasts were heard on the southern outskirts of the city later in the day, a Reuters reporter said.

4.Ghislaine Maxwell is placed on SUICIDE WATCH
DailyMail – Ghislaine Maxwell has been placed on suicide watch just days before her scheduled sentencing for sex trafficking and conspiracy crimes, her lawyer said.
Bobbi Sternheim, who represents the longtime Jeffery Epstein associate, submitted a letter to U.S. District Judge Alison Nathon on Saturday, stating that the Metropolitan Detention Center, in Brooklyn, had placed her client on suicide watch on Friday, Insider reported.

5.Democratic group makes multiple false claims in its dramatic allegations about Lauren Boebert’s past
(CNN)– A Democratic super PAC has made multiple false claims about Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert while pushing unproven allegations that the right-wing Colorado congresswoman has had abortions and formerly worked as an escort, all of which Boebert vehemently denies.
American Muckrakers PAC co-founder David Wheeler acknowledged to CNN that the super PAC had been “sloppy” and had published “inaccuracies” on its anti-Boebert website, though he said it remains confident in the “main points of the story.” His comments came after CNN reporting found that the super PAC had made at least five false statements about Boebert, along with a series of uncorroborated assertions that Boebert says are false and that CNN could neither immediately confirm nor immediately debunk.
In emails this week and in a Thursday interview, Wheeler conceded that the super PAC was wrong when it insisted a photo of another woman posing on a bed is a photo of Boebert, was wrong when it claimed Boebert initially failed to disclose a campaign contribution from Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, was wrong to suggest Cruz had made big contributions to Boebert’s campaign immediately after she started running in her first primary, was wrong about the date of a Boebert vehicle accident, and was wrong when it published a claim that Boebert had an abortion “in the fall of 2004” — at most six months before she gave birth to a son in March 2005.
DML: Three thoughts here. (1) Either CNN is changing its colors or it’s worried about being sued, (2) Boebert needs to sue everyone involved, and (3) Democrats are professional liars.
