DML Morning Briefing Tues. Dec. 15: Forensics report on Dominion machines makes bombshell claim… and more!

Today is December 15 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch.
1 – Crucial Logs Missing From Michigan County Dominion Voting Machines: Forensics Report
The Epoch Times reports: A court-sanctioned forensic audit of voting systems in Michigan’s Antrim County determined that crucial security and ballot-adjudication logs were missing from machines by Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the epicenter of the dispute over whether voter fraud occurred during the 2020 general election.
The findings are part of a preliminary forensic report written by Russell Ramsland, a former Reagan White House official who has worked for NASA and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kevin Elsenheimer, the chief judge of Michigan’s 13th Circuit Court, approved the report for release to the public on Dec. 14.
According to the report, both the ballot-adjudication logs and the security logs for the Nov. 3 general election appear to have been removed; logs for prior elections are still present on the machines.
“The adjudication process is the simplest way to manually manipulate votes. The lack of records prevents any form of audit accountability, and their conspicuous absence is extremely suspicious since the files exist for previous years using the same software,” Ramsland wrote. “We must conclude that the 2020 election cycle records have been manually removed.”
The absence of the adjudication logs is particularly alarming because the forensic exam found that the voting machines rejected an extraordinary number of ballots for adjudication, a manual process in which election workers determine the ultimate outcome for each ballot. The Federal Election Commission allows for an error rate of 0.0008 percent, according to Ramsland. The machines his team examined in Antrim County had an error rate of 68.05 percent, the report states.
DML: Nothing to see here, folks. Nothing at all. Just move along now.
2 – Joe Biden Tears Into Trump over election fraud claims in Electoral College victory speech
Washington Examiner reports: After weeks of downplaying President Trump’s challenges to the election, Joe Biden tore into the incumbent for contesting the results following the Electoral College’s formal vote for him as the president-elect.
Biden’s prime-time address capped the Electoral College on Monday, affirming his victory with 306 votes to Trump’s 252, 37 days after multiple outlets called the Nov. 3 election in his favor on Nov. 11.
Celebrating record voter turnout, with more than 155 million ballots cast, Biden touted both his electoral and popular wins. He mentioned, too, that his and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris’s margin of victory was the same as Trump and Vice President Mike Pence’s in 2016.
“At the time, Trump called his Electoral College tally a landslide. By his own standards, these numbers represented a clear victory then, and I respectfully suggest they do so now,” he said in Wilmington, Delaware, repeatedly clearing his throat.

3 – Open Borders Lobby Urges Joe Biden to Quickly Grant Executive Amnesty
Breitbart reports: The open borders lobby is urging Democrat Joe Biden to quickly grant an amnesty for illegal aliens living in the United States, potentially through a little-known federal program that keeps foreign nationals from being deported.
In interviews with NPR, activists with a number of open borders and mass migration organizations say they are asking Biden and his transition team to consider signing executive orders that will provide amnesty to illegal aliens, return deported illegal aliens to the U.S., and free border crossers into the interior of the U.S. so long as they claim asylum. NPR reported:
Recognizing that the political divide in Congress makes a major overhaul of the immigration system unlikely, the groups are pushing for Biden to use the power of his pen to take steps sooner rather than later. [Emphasis added]
Their requests include returning undocumented immigrants wrongfully deported under Trump, stopping detention of asylum-seekers, expanding the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program and using other executive powers, like granting temporary protected status, to protect more undocumented immigrants. [Emphasis added]
The groups — including United We Dream, Movimiento Cosecha, and the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services — see a window for drastic changes to the U.S. immigration system that spans the first year of what could be Biden’s first term.

4 – Bill Gates says America may not be “back to normal” for 12 to 18 months
Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, said in an interview with CNN’s Jake Taper that restaurant closures may continue for the next 4-6 months, and pushed the suggestion that life may not be totally back to normal for another 12-18 months.
